Ao contratar os serviços para a criação de um Modelo Vtuber, você concorda com os termos descritos abaixo. Leia com atenção antes de prosseguir com sua encomenda.🔗 Comunicação:
A comunicação será feita ao longo de todo o processo através de uma rede social de sua preferência.Sua participação é essencial! Seja o mais detalhista possível ao descrever seu personagem e envie referências visuais claras para garantir um melhor resultado.🎨 Processo de Criação:
Um esboço inicial será enviado após alguns dias com base nas referências fornecidas.Você poderá solicitar ajustes tanto na arte quanto nas cores durante essa etapa.Após a aprovação do esboço, inicia-se a renderização final da arte — mudanças não serão mais possíveis a partir daqui.💰 Pagamento:
O pagamento pode ser feito integralmente no ato do pedido, ou em duas parcelas (50% adiantado e 50% até 15 dias depois).Métodos disponíveis: PIX (via rede social, entre em contato) ou VGen, utilizando os meios de pagamento da plataforma.📜 Uso & Direitos Autorais:
Você receberá direitos comerciais completos sobre o modelo final, podendo usá-lo para streamings, merchandising, publicidade, etc.O modelo é exclusivamente seu e nunca será revendido a terceiros.Será entregue o conjunto de arquivos compatíveis com o VTube Studio.Não serão fornecidos: arquivos PSD ou o arquivo editável do Live2D Cubism.O modelo poderá ser usado em portfólio pessoal e materiais promocionais para fins de divulgação artistica.⏳ Prazo de Entrega:
O prazo estimado para entrega final do modelo é de 2 a 3 meses, a partir da confirmação do pagamento inicial.❌ Cancelamento & Reembolso:
Cancelamentos podem ser feitos dentro de 24 horas após o primeiro pagamento, com reembolso integral (100% ou os 50% pagos).Após esse período, não serão realizados reembolsos em nenhuma circunstância.

By commissioning services for the creation of a VTuber model, you agree to the terms described below. Please read carefully before placing your order.🔗 Communication
Communication will be maintained throughout the entire process via a social media platform of your choice.Your input is essential! Please be as detailed as possible when describing your character, and provide clear visual references to ensure the best possible result.🎨 Creation Process
An initial sketch will be sent a few days after receiving your references.You may request adjustments to the artwork and colors during this stage.Once the sketch is approved, the final rendering process begins — no further changes can be made after this point.💰 Payment
Payment can be made in full upfront, or in two parts (50% upfront and the remaining 50% within 15 days).Available payment methods: PIX (via social media, please contact me directly) or VGen, using any method offered by the platform.📜 Usage & Copyright
You will receive full commercial rights to the final model, allowing you to use it for streaming, merchandising, advertising, and more.The model is exclusively yours and will never be resold to third parties.You will receive all necessary files compatible with VTube Studio.Please note: PSD files and editable Live2D Cubism files will not be provided.The model may be showcased in my personal portfolio and promotional content for artistic purposes.⏳ Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for the completed model is 2 to 3 months from the confirmation of initial payment.❌ Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your commission within 24 hours of the first payment for a full refund (100% or the initial 50%).After this period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
